- Guaranteed Roofing performed a tear off of the old shingles, replacement of some damaged roof plywood, installed new roofing upgraded shingles, added new upgraded roof ribbon vents, replaced and repaired flashing on chimneys and the entire roof, etc., and cleaned up the area spotlessly after the installation. All materials used were of the highest quality.
My roof had been severely damaged from windstorms during the spring. I received three estimates but contacted Guaranteed Roofing after reading the reports on Angie's List. Jason (the owner) scheduled an appointment with me to look at the roof. He came as scheduled on time and checked out the roof. He gave me an estimate that was lower than the previous three that I had gotten (this was for upgraded shingles).
He then explained in detail to me what would be involved in replacing the roof and the type of materials and warranties that were available. He took time and helped me to select the best color and materials that suited the style and color of my house. None of the other companies had done this as they just gave me a value estimate. I decided to go with Guaranteed Roofing at that moment and Jason promised to contact me soon to set the work appointment after reviewing their schedule. As promised I received the call to schedule work and have the materials delivered. The roofing materials were delivered in the specified location on the agreed upon date. Jason called me on the scheduled work day before the crew arrived to ensure I knew they were coming.
Once the workers arrived they started immediately and were probably the hardest working crew I've ever seen. They worked the entire day and installed the new roof. There was no interruption or disturbance to me. Jason was there and I checked in with him periodically where he gave me status as the work progressed. They completed by late afternoon as promised. They also cleaned up the debris spotlessly and you could not even tell any work as been done. I was very pleased with the outcome and my roof is simply beautiful.
