Guaranteed Roofing is a very professional and personable roofing company. I first spoke to Jason, the Manager, who listened intently to my roofing needs. He sent Willie, his representative, who examined my roof, presented samples and several approaches to accomplish the task at hand. Willie was very polite, friendly and had a non-pressured approach. He presented the various choices of quality roofing materials for me to decide. Ian, the project foreman, the crew and materials arrived the day of installation and immediately went to work. All plants, lawn decor and air conditioner was moved or covered and protected. Ian, stayed on sight, picked up additional materials as needed for the project and immediately returned. The crew worked diligently over 6 & 1/2 hours, taking a break for lunch, and was right back to work until completion. There was no loud music or horseplay, and no neighbors complained. Afterward, the crew cleaned the area completely and ran a large magnet to make sure no nails were left. Ian even painted my white sewer pipe on the roof to match the color of the roof. Ian was the last to leave after he put lawn furniture & plants back in their place. He ran the large magnet again all over the lawn and drive several times, even where no one had been. Replacing a roof can be a very stressful time but Guaranteed Roofing made my experience as stress-free as possible. I recommend Guaranteed Roofing and their reasonably-priced, quality products to anyone who needs a roof replacement or repair. Thank you for a job well done!

We had a great experience with Jason and Guaranteed Roofing. After getting multiple estimates, we chose them because Jason took the time to answer all of our questions and worked with us to get the price within our budget. Ian, the manager, stayed on-site the entire time while the crew replaced our roof, and they finished ahead of schedule!
Our roof looks amazing, and they also repaired a few areas of rotten wood and painted three gables for us. Our house looks better than it has in years. Everyone was professional, hardworking and easy to work with.

Had a lot of estimates on my roof, Willie saw damage due to age, they put me head of the line so I didn’t have any more leakage came out found more damage once the shingles were off I was involved with the whole process they had to replace 93 sheets of OSB reasonably priced two days of work and at one point they had eight gentleman on the roof I cannot say how I feel about this company ended up no leaks honest they cleaned up well magnet my whole property I highly highly recommend, whether it’s a repair or a full roof like I needed gutters are coming in a week or two

We had a great experience from beginning to end using Guaranteed Roofing. Willie thoroughly explained the whole process, answered all our questions, and made us feel completely comfortable without any pressure. They installed new dimensional roof shingles, replaced old/bad osb sheathing, and new 6” gutters with leaf guard helmets. They also did a great job with keeping the jobsite clean and protecting the adjacent landscaping. We are very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a replacement roof and gutter helmets at a fair and competitive cost.

Called to request a appt for a roofer to view a piece of flashing that came off. They had installed our roof in 2015. They were very responsive and came out in next few days to fix issue.
They did a great job on the repair and I learned that piece of flashing was from a patio remodel (and different company), and not even the part of roof they installed.
I wanted to confirm one more item be checked out and the owner of the company responded right away and came back to house based on my work schedule (he was very flexible in working with me). He went above and beyond and re-caulked a few pieces of the metal just to ensure all sealed tight. His team also fixed a part of our soffit that was popping out, which was appreciated.
Amazing and out of the ordinary, great work and customer service. Highly recommend Guaranteed Roofing for any roofing services needed.

Willie, Jason and their crew did a great job on our new roof. From the very start of the project to completion, I knew my roof was in good hands. Other companies give you an estimate using a satellite image, but they showed up in person and talked me through it. The updates during roof install were appreciated and they left the area around the house cleaner than when they showed up. 10/10 would recommend.

Jason and his team did a great job of fixing squirrel damage to my roof. Damage ended up being more significant than previously expected, but Jason and his team were able to reframe a portion of my roof and now looks brand new.

Excellent work, and very professional. Jason helped us navigate a defective shingles warranty, and did the re-roof on schedule with quality work and great cleanup. This was our second time using Guaranteed Roofing, and we are completely satisfied.

Jason had Lou and his guys at my house to do a couple of repairs . They did an outstanding job and left no trace they were even there . If you need any roof/gutter/shingle work done Guaranteed Roofng is at the top of my list . Thanks Jason .

The team from Guaranteed Roofing did an amazing job for us! Our chimney cover blew off in the storm and Jason was able to do a personal inspection for us the very next day and get the chimney tarped off to prevent any further water damage. His team was prompt, efficient and professional. If you’re looking for a reliable roofing company, i highly recommend Guaranteed Roofing!

Great service! I submitted a request for leaky roof repair via their website outside of business hours, and they contacted me right away the next morning. Someone was able to come out and fix the problem promptly, and at reasonable cost. I highly recommend Guaranteed Roofing.

My experience with Guaranteed Roofing has been positive. Jason and his team are thoroughly professional and arrive on time. Guaranteed Roofing did a really good job in replacing the roof in our earlier home. Jason was very professional. His team showed up early, prepared and got right to work. The guys did a great job, finished in the same day and cleaned up very well. I was provided pictures after the job was complete and the final product looks great. My wife and I are very happy with the outcome. I would recommend Guaranteed Roofing to anyone.

Had been having problems with our soffits upstairs and by the front door. Called around to get quotes and decided on Guaranteed Roofing. Spoke to Jason over the phone. We made an appointment and he personally came out to assess the situation. He quoted me a fairly decent price on the work that needed to be done and was very courteous and professional. He also explained what the crew would be doing – also the materials that he would be using. He also asked if we had any extra paint so that they could match the new with the old, and I told him that we could supply that. He had stated that they wouldn’t be able to start the project for a couple of weeks because they were backlogged, but was eager to do the job.
A week later, i was pleasantly surprised. I received a call that they could start that day! The two men crew came out, and started the project. They were very meticulous, making sure that the job was done properly and in a timely manner. While they worked on the project, Jason stopped by to see the progress and found another problem area by the door (that I never realized) and suggested that that area should be addressed also. They were finished with the project within three hours! (Painting included). We are very happy with the results and the professionalism that was shown by Jason and his crew! Will definitely recommend Guaranteed Roofing to anyone who needs quality roofing done at a great value and price! You can’t go wrong with this amazing company!
